Karratha Eyecare is a leading optometry practice that is very successful and is ready for a new phase of growth.

We are looking for a talented person with excellent organization skills and the ambition to take a new career path.  This is a key role in the practice that will likely become a management position. Working with the current staff, you will take responsibility for coordinating day to day operations and implementing changes and improvements. The role will also involve customer service and close cooperation with other staff as is often the case in a small team

This position will appeal to a highly organized person with a passion for helping others. You may have a background in small to medium businesses or in the health sector. A passion for local community, supporting small business and making a difference for people will be essential. Knowing what makes a service business tick and a willingness to get the job done is important.

There are elements of leadership, customer service and management.

​

Previous experience in the medical/optical industry is not required. It certainly will be an advantage, but we will teach you all you need to know. We are looking for driven, invested applicants with the desire to make this position their own. You will be a very good communicator and enjoy working with a diverse community. You would also be a highly organized person and be professional in your approach to work.

Salary is based on experience and qualifications.
